Submission

Manuscripts should be written in English using the template provided on the conference website. And all the submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by technical program committees based on the paper's topic, quality, etc.
✓  By submitting a manuscript to ICEI 2025, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums.
✓  Each paper should have no more than SIX pages, including references and illustrations, written in IEEE conference proceedings format below.
✓  The papers must be written in English.

Publication

Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
